General Return Policy
At BMbridal.com we take great pride in our handcrafted products and strive to ensure the highest quality for each and every item. Due to the nature of our production process, we regret to inform our customers that we do not support the practice of "buy many, keep one"
We ask our customers to carefully consider their purchases and only order the items they really want to keep. We have strict quality control measures in place to ensure that all products meet our high standards before being shipped to our customers. In the event that a product does not meet our quality standards, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund
1. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your items to initiate the return process.
Please note that we only accept products in their original condition and cannot process products returned without our knowledge. If you wish to return part or all of your order, you must contact Customer Service at Contact Us and request a "Product Return Form" which must be included in your package.
2. Color Defect: If the color of the item received does not match the one ordered, you are entitled to a full refund.

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is a very important undertaking and our cancellation policy has been written with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order and once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please note that after you have placed your order, you still have time to change your mind. Please see our cancellation policy below for details.

cancellation policy
We know that it is very important for you to order a dress for your special occasion and that is why we have a cancellation policy. However, it is IMPORTANT to note that our dresses and some accessories are made to order and everything started from scratch (including the standard size). And the materials may not be used anymore when the creation process began. The good news is that after you place your order, there is still time for you to change your mind.

Cancellation of all orders of the dress within 12 hours will entitle you to a full refund.
Cancellation of all orders of the dress within 24 hours will entitle you to a partial refund of 70%.
All dress orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours.
replacement or refund
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, it is recommended that you inspect the dress to ensure it meets your order specifications. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, washing, or removing the tag. Please note that you must contact us to initiate the return process.
When returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with tags intact and attached. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items
You are entitled to a full refund if your items were defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must request "Proof of Damage" documentation from your carrier, which should accompany your return shipment.
size or fit issues
Because all of our dresses are hand sewn and made to measure, the finished dress may vary from the stated measurements by approximately 1" in either direction. To ensure your dress fits you perfectly, our tailors have reserved extra fabric in the seams to allow for minor modifications.
size deviation
Due to lighting, display and other factors, the color of the picture and the actual color of the product may have slight differences. The color display will be based on Apple devices.
Due to the manufacturing process of the material, the color of each batch of material varies slightly.
We insist on continuous improvement of the manufacturing process to minimize color differences.
If your dress size differs by more than one inch from the specifications of your order, you should visit a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer a limited refund for alterations. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. The copy of the receipt must be presented to request a refund.
Item is the size ordered but does not fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but meet the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You have the option to seek out a local tailoring service at your own expense. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final size request, resizing may not be possible.
color deviation
Your computer screen settings may alter the color of the images shown on the website. Slight variations in color may not mean that the dress was defective or incorrectly shipped. However, if you are certain that you received the item in a wrong color, please contact customer service to see if a return or refund is possibleItems that cannot be returned or exchanged
1. No returns or exchanges for personalized items.
2. No return or exchange for perishable goods, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings) and personal care items (including lingerie, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.
3.As all items (including standard size) are made to order, we cannot afford to accept "buy one, buy many" purchases. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been placed with this intention.
return process
1. Submit a return request to Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photos of the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from our customer service department.
2. Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a product return form that must be filled out and included with your return. Please send the items through your local post office within 3-5 business days after receiving the return form. Please keep the tracking number safe.
3. All returned items will be subject to inspection. We will process the refund if we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. After the refund is processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
4. The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.
5.You must pay postage for all returns yourself!
Please note: We reserve the right not to process refunds if returned in unacceptable condition.
Please note:
To accommodate high heel shoes, an additional 5cm will be added for made-to-measure dresses, floor length dresses and dresses with trains.

production time and shipping information
Before ordering our goods, it is very important that you familiarize yourself with our tailoring and shipping information. Processing of your order Depending on the item you ordered, the processing/cutting time may vary slightly.
production time
finished products
A selection of our products are ready-made, meaning these items are in stock and ready to ship. Processing before shipping usually takes less than 48 hours. These items include try-on dresses, final sale items, clearance, swatches, and are marked "Ready to ship in 48h" on the product detail page.
Custom-made items
Most of our products are Made to Order, which means we only start sewing once an order is confirmed. It may take us a few weeks to complete an item before it can be shipped. We accept rush order and the processing time will be determined according to specific situation with extra charge.
Cutting time varies from category to category. Please refer to the table below for estimated production times.

•We work hard to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package leaves our facilities, we have little control over what happens to the package.
•We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to see what we can do to help if something goes wrong in transit.
• Check with your neighbors, the rest of your household, your leasing office, and/or your property manager to see if the package was accepted or delivered by mistake (which happens all the time).
• If it was marked as delivered in the last 24 hours, give it another day (unless your event is urgent) as sometimes carriers will mark a package as delivered early. Please contact us if it does not show up within 48 hours.
• Please note that if you have not confirmed delivery due to shipping delays after 30 days from the shipping date, our system will automatically update your order status to "All Completed". In this case, please rest assured that you can still check the tracking for updates and the 14-day return window starts from the day you receive the package according to the tracking. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Still on the way:
• The carrier may have been delayed and updated their estimated delivery window. As long as the tracking status was updated recently (in the last 2-3 days), everything should be fine, just wait for the package to be delivered.
• If you are still concerned, you can contact the carrier directly to see if you can get an update. The carrier always has the most up-to-date information.
•When the goods arrive at customs, you need to cooperate with customs and complete the necessary formalities. Since customs duties are a measure of the local government, you need to bear the relevant costs determined by the local government.
Important Notes
•Please note that processing/tailoring times may sometimes be extended, particularly between January and March.
• For made-to-order items, it may take us a few weeks to complete an item before it can be shipped. For example, customizing wedding dresses can take several weeks, plus additional time (varies from country to country) for shipping and delivery. Therefore, we recommend ordering custom-made items 1.5-3 months before your event. This can also help avoid delays due to unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters or issues with the carrier.
• An estimated delivery window is provided on the checkout page. It is displayed under the shipping methods.
• We recommend ordering made-to-order items no earlier than 3-4 months before your event date. This should allow enough time for production, delivery and any alterations required (as is common with formal wear).
• All custom-made dresses are non-returnable.
• We do not currently offer exchanges. If you purchase a dress and find it unsuitable, you will need to arrange a return
