If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We will refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping costs for any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so we can begin processing your return and refund immediately.
conditions for return
1. Goods can only be returned within 30 days from the day you received them. We recommend that our customers check the contents of their delivery immediately upon receipt. If you are certain that the items have been damaged or incorrectly shipped, please initiate the return/refund process as soon as possible.
2.Please contact our customer service and ask to return your order. Please do not return the package directly to the address on our website or on the package, as this is not our return address.
3. To be eligible for return/refund, the item must be in its original condition. We do not accept returns of used, worn, washed, altered or damaged goods. Please ensure that the original tags remain on the items if you wish to return them.
4. All our items are made to order. This means that we do not have any items in stock in our store. Once you place your order, it will be made especially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns on goods that are the same as your order. Our return policy only considers damage or incorrect delivery of items.
5. When you submit your return to us, please ensure you retain your shipping receipt and tracking information. We are not responsible for returned goods that have been incorrectly shipped, damaged or lost in transit.
6.Once you receive an item that you believe is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please take photos of the original packaging. This will help us expedite the processing of your return, partial refund, or full refund.
7. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect your order and notify you of receipt. Once your return is processed and approved, we will initiate the refund process via the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution's policies, you can expect to receive your funds within a few days.
For all standard/special size orders
BMBRIDAL will issue a full refund plus a shipping fee for any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order, please take photos of the original order so we can process your refund.
If you change your mind about the order, please process the return request within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that these are calendar days, so weekends are also taken into account. Therefore, it is in your interest to contact our customer service as soon as possible to process your return.
All undamaged returns must be sent back in their original condition. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. Also, please ensure that all returned items have their original tags attached. We are not permitted to process a return for any goods that do not meet these conditions or our return policy.
Once you have submitted your return and request and we have confirmed receipt, it will take up to 7 business days to process your return, exchange or refund. Please note that the time it takes to receive your credit depends on the policies of your card issuer or bank. Generally, most card issuers take 7-14 business days to process a refund.
All custom fit orders are custom made to your specifications. This essentially means that once the order is completed, it is exclusive to you. We cannot resell a custom fit order to other customers, so we will not process returns or refunds on custom made orders unless there is a quality issue. Before placing your order, please make sure you check and confirm the color, style and measurement details within 24 hours of completing your order.
If there is a quality problem, such as damage to the clothes, please take photos of the original shipment and contact our customer service within 48 hours to request a return. We will notify you once your request has been processed. A return or refund can be processed within seven days of receiving and inspecting your order.
The original shipping costs as well as the return shipping fee will not be refunded.
If you return an item, we will charge a restocking fee of 10%.
Please note that all BMBRIDAL products are made to order to reduce pollution. To keep prices low for our customers, we charge these fees, which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
Helpful Tips: To avoid any restocking fees, we recommend that you carefully read our size chart and "What Size Am I?" size guide before purchasing.
Please note: We reserve the right not to process the refund if the items are returned in an unacceptable condition.
How can I cancel my order?
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is very important to you and so our cancellation policy has been formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order and once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please note that after you have placed your order, you still have time to change your mind. Please see our cancellation policy below for details.
Cancellation policy:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation: full refund of the prices paid for the items + shipping costs
- Cancellation of orders within 24-48 hours of order confirmation: 80% refund of the prices paid for the items + shipping costs
- Cancellation of orders within 48-72 hours of order confirmation: 50% refund of the prices paid for the items + shipping costs
- Orders cancelled later than 72 hours after payment confirmation: refund of shipping costs
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For all style/size selection orders
Please understand that all of our dresses are made to order, which means that the dresses you order are unique. We put our heart and soul into each dress. A dress cannot be restocked or resold if returned. For this reason, we cannot accept "buy many, keep one" orders. Also, to reduce environmental and resource waste, we discourage "buy many, keep one" orders. Once your order is confirmed, we assume that you need all of the items in your order and strictly adhere to our return and refund policy.
adjustments and refunds
If you would like to keep your order and make your adjustments, we can offer you compensation. We understand that sometimes some minor adjustments need to be made to your order to achieve the perfect fit, so we offer a limited refund for alterations on all dresses. This applies to both standard sizes and custom-made dresses. All you need to do is send us a copy of the tailor's receipt and your order number. Here are our refund limits for custom-made dresses in USD:
For all dresses valued at EUR 99 or less – refund limit EUR 35
For all dresses valued between 100 and 199 EUR – refund limit 60 EUR
For all dresses valued over 200 EUR – refund limit 80 EUR
For all retail items
We cannot process returns or refunds for Fina
size and fit issues
To allow for minor alterations, our tailors reserve extra fabric in the seams of all dresses. Please understand that a made dress may sometimes vary from the stated measurements by approximately one inch in either direction. This gives you the opportunity to make alterations to ensure the dress fits perfectly.
size deviation
Should your dress size differ by more than one inch from the specifications of your order, we recommend that you visit your trusted tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer a limited refund for alterations. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. A copy of the receipt must be presented to request a refund.
color conflict
Regarding color variations, please note that there may be slight color variations due to your computer screen or mobile device settings. However, if you are convinced that the color does not match your order, please contact customer services to see if a return or refund is possible.
Handmade editions
Most of our dresses are handmade by our experienced tailors, so there may be some challenges in customization. We do not treat this as a quality issue and then exclude return and exchange.
We have some tips for you to deal with the challenges.
1. Threads. Use scissors to cut. Please be careful.
2. Fold. Iron the clothes. Please iron the opposite side (inside) of the clothes with beads, embroidery or other decorations
3. Light marks. This is mainly caused by tailors when they use water-erasable pen for tailoring. It can be easily removed by gently rubbing with water.
The item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but meet the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You have the option of visiting a local tailoring service at your own expense. Please note that if your order specifications differ significantly from the final size requirement, resizing may not be possible.
exchange policy
Would you like to exchange your dress for a different size or item? Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an exchange service. All of our dresses are made to order, so we are unable to offer additional dresses for exchange. If you would like a different item, you can return the order and start a new order.
