A : We offer Standard EU Size and Custom Measurements. You can choose the best one to make your dress. If you have worry about the size, we suggest you choose the Custom Size. Please get the professional measurements first and fill in the accurate measurements when you place an order.
Q: Do you have retail stores in my country?
A: All of our commerce is done online, and we do not have any bridal retail stores yet.
Q : What should I do if I want to make some changes to the dress, like add the lace or change the back style? Do I need to pay extra money?
A : It is no problem to make some alteration on the dress, and please tell us clearly where you want to alter. We offer free alteration for simple alteration, like adding the padding or adding the lace. We charge reasonable fee for some complicated alterations. After all, when we see your requirements, we will contact with you first.

Q : How can I choose the style if there are many styles in one picture? Like styles A, B, C, D in one picture for a bridesmaid dress?
A : If there are more than two styles on the website, especially for some bridesmaid dresses, you can note us the requests at "Order Remark" or send us email about it and the order number when you buy it. Then we will do it for you.
Q: How can I get a discount if I choose different sizes for a dress?
A : If you want to buy many same dresses but different sizes, you can choose all the dresses with the same size to get the discount. Please tell us the different sizes in "Order Remark" or email us the information and also the order number you get when you purchase. Then we will do it for you.
Q: If I order this dress in a standard size, can I return it if it doesn't fit? Or if I just don't like it?
A: If we send wrong or mismatched dress, you can return it within 14 days and we will take all responsibility and give you a top solution to your best satisfaction. Unfortunately, returns without reason are not accepted because every dress you order is made completely according to your specifications from the beginning and it does not come from the warehouse. Therefore, please measure your body accurately with the help of our size chart on the website. We offer the advice of size and color for your good use.
Q: Can I change the size and color of my dress after payment?
A: If you want to change the size or color within 24 hours after payment, please just contact us. We will check it and change it for you. If the time is over 24 hours, please also contact us. Our customer service will check whether it can be changed.
